Tamra brings over a decade of mental-health–aligned experience into her work. She is currently an LAPC, expanding her clinical scope while pursuing advanced doctoral training. Tamra practices under clinical supervision with Ellie Mental Health, where she provides client care through evidence-based approaches while working toward her LPC.

Tamra’s counseling foundation includes supervised clinical internships at Brandywine Counseling & Community Services and Family Community Service of Delaware County, where she supported counseling services, crisis response, assessments, intakes, and community-focused care under licensed supervision. These early experiences continue to shape Neuro Couture’s commitment to accessibility, client-centered design, and neuro-aligned growth.

Academically, Tamra holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling, and is currently completing a Doctorate in Community Care & Counseling (Trauma) at Liberty University.
