Tamra Nicole is the founder of Neuro Couture, a transformative brand rooted in the belief that personal evolution is both an inner and outer experience. As a disabled creator, Tamra integrates lived experience, clinical training, and innovative design thinking to shape resources, tools, and strategies that help people elevate their lives with clarity, dignity, and intention.
With over a decade of mental-health–aligned experience, Tamra is an LAPC practicing under clinical supervision while working toward full licensure. Her early counseling experience, including supervised internships, established a strong foundation in client care, crisis response, and assessment. Academically, she holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Life Coaching, a Master’s in Professional Counseling, and is completing a Doctorate in Community Care & Counseling with a trauma focus.
Tamra is also a fourth-generation seamstress specializing in elevated looks for tall and curvy women. Her work blends heritage craftsmanship with modern, body-honoring design—and her muse and most consistent client earned a Grammy Award this year, highlighting the impact and artistry of her creations.
With 25 years of experience speaking across the United States and abroad, I create thought-shifting conversations at the intersection of faith, personal development, and creative expression. My work blends therapeutic insight, spiritual grounding, and industry-savvy perspective to deliver messages that inspire clarity, confidence, and forward movement. I bring a calm, impactful presence to every platform, offering audiences practical tools, transformative perspectives, and a sense of possibility.
Across all mediums—clinical work, brand development, couture design, and creative strategy—Tamra’s passion remains consistent: to elevate lives from the inside out. By blending psychological insight, accessibility advocacy, and innovative design, she creates tools and experiences that help individuals transform, heal, and rise.
